Diabetic Cyborg Life 01/18: Insurrection Protection Team
Current GOP/Republicans are committing to a “weaponization” committee that many analysts see as an obstruction committee, or the insurrection protection team. They are objecting to the arms of the federal government doing their jobs. The GOP would be the first to fire and chastise any Democrat for committing anything resembling much of what their members did to be punished.
I get that this is all too tit for tat that most see and roll their eyes and get annoyed at typical political infighting. The “raid” on Donald Trump’s country club would never have happened if they actually did as they said they were and complied with the Presidential Records Act and National Archives. They waited as long as they possibly could wait and had false sworn statements that all was given back, so they had no other recourse.
Biden’s were at a DC think tank and his home’s locked garage, so they were not where just anyone could see them. There is a special counsel for the Biden records to illstrate the obvious differences between the two very different cases.
GOP/Republicans are frothing at the mouth making President Joe Biden’s accidental removal of and Donald Trump’s purposeful stealing of classified documents.
These two events are not equal in any way shape or form beyond documents being where they ought not be placed.
