Diabetic Cyborg Life 5/17: It’s Okay to Not be Okay

We humans are still like animals in so many ways. Emotions and nerves can get rough and ruffled at times, as we must lash out and/or have a good cleansing cry. That is okay when we can process things in healthy ways.

Not meaning that it is okay to beat up ourselves, someone else or kick any pets around us, of course. Just processing the events of life can be hard to deal with, and having a therapy session, cleansing cry or talking things out with ourselves or others is needed. Death, new jobs, the pandemic and many other things that occur in life can trigger these events and emotions.

Inner and outer peace with all is the key to moving on and progressing further than ever imagined. That calm requires much constant work, which is why so many don’t follow up and just continue until there’s a messy breaking point. Avoiding this very time is the breaking point is THE reason for therapy or therapeutics.

A healthy mind and body are always the best for life and staying healthy is often a struggle. Finding the “cheat code,” or easiest, way to that is why I do these blogs.
