Don’t ever doubt that you will make it.
Build your health up as a life and death lifestyle. It might seem rash, but it helps me deal with it.
Assume the worst possibles will happen if you don’t follow your heart.
Fate is what we make. Yes like terminator said. Treat it as a sci-fi battle if that helps.
Look to try and volunteer for any studies that your doctors think might help.
Risk what you need to.
Forget about the ideas of “Normal Life,” you are definitely not normal.
Being abnormal is a good thing.
Don’t assume you are the only one with compilations of health and life. Everyone has the often self defeating thoughts.
Live as best you can while you can.
Stay curious as to what you can embrace and/or adapt to you purposes.
Give thanks at all times you can.
Be kind and giving whenever possible.
Life will ebb and flow in stress and the occurrence or events.
Just know you can deal with it as it come.
Know what battles are worth fighting and leave the rest to chance.
Enjoy what you can when you can. You never know when things might change on a dime.
Uncertainty about things is not always a bad thing. There is room for good things to happen. I lived in the fudge factor area for most my life and academic career.
Take life as it comes. Worrying about things is one of the biggest waste of time and emotions. Just another reason to make you anxious in the end.
Don’t ever let your fitness go if you have it. It can be impossible to get back.
