I can relate on many of these. I have “intrusive thoughts” graphic suicide sometimes. I envisioned myself jumping over objects, while running on foot but not on a horse, when I rode in cars as a kid. Now I get motion sickness so easily I have to stare out the windshield at the horizon to prevent it. I eat many eggs, with yolks though. I gotta start separating them for sure. I swear I get the same earworms of p-roach, Green Day and others too.
