Thank you for reading and responding Marcus! My diet is pretty much a Keto friendly diet. I only eat 84 carbs a day. The 2 protein bars I eat are my one indulgence that I have. It keeps me from craving much worse things I once ate like I drink water now. My mental health and ability to not gorge myself on candy bars are is rooted in those 2 bars. I know that a good workout now and then would help a lot, but I am already in danger of going hypoglycemic a lot of the time.
Again thank you for the interaction and information. I would already be on a hardcore Keto diet if my past was not so heavy in junk food.
