Thank you for the reframing Kitty for basically defined what I am, but did not realize it. So much of it applies to me with in this approach that I do daily. Life as a chronically ill person in America today is just a constant struggle of try to feel like a human.

The dehumanizing ways that this predatory capitalistic system of health care and living is almost too much to bear sometimes, yet I am still here and no one is going to silence me anytime soon! 😝😁❤️
