Thank you Gillian for posting this on a serious issue. We all have panicky moments about our lives and coping with them are be hard. Times of stress and chaos are often the triggers and your steps for coping are can help anyone get through any anxiety attacks or nervous break downs.
Depression is always my biggest issue. The optimism I try to traffic make helps keep that at bay for the most part though. It is still a continued fight everyday and I will take any tips I can get. 😁❤️
