Thank you Jessica for the wake up call to stop the nostalgia for our 20’s. A better job and more money and some structure can do us all good. My 20’ was when my health decline stared. No doubt the massive amounts of sugar I ate and soda I drank now only made me overweight, but it also did not help the fact I was type 2 diabetic then and did not know it.
I only miss the ability to think, “someday I will” from my 20’s sometimes. Though, I really believe living in the now and being present is a much healthier way to live and better for my mental health. 😁🖤
