Thank you Kitty for talking about this admittedly terrifying subject. I never had nightmares I can recall about any catastrophic thinking, but when I was depressed I had visions of horrible scenes of blood suicide and violent death. Dreams could’ve happened, but I am lucky I guess that I cannot remember my dreams 99% of the time I guess.

Mental illness can change us and wrap reality. I just hope everyone has a support system that can help them realise it and cope with their illness. 😁❤️
