Thank you Kitty for the candid look at this serious thing that many wrestle with in finding the ability to sleep. The personal story here gives us great insight into one way of dealing with insomnia. I struggle with the times I sleep, but I do always get 6 to 8 hours of it daily. I guess always feeling that I need sleep after being awake for 14 hours or so is a benefit of my illnesses. 😁❤️
