I try to bring a thought of living in the now and reality without giving up on hope, but it is a continual fight. Reality is only as hard as we make it. Resistance is sometime the reason we feel crushed in the end. Feeling whatever it is sooner gives us more time to deal with whatever we did not want to feel.
