Thank you Kris for discussing this idea of self hate and shame. Honestly, I think some people are oddly pleased with the idea that everyone and thing hates them and all they stand for. Some may actually be 100% correct if they hurt or are really bad people. Yet, most people are more the second thing you talk of in thinking that the shame they feel is how everyone else sees all their actions. Sadly, if they would allow more love in their lives and see that people might love them but not show it in a way they recognize.

Sometimes I just wish we where like cartoons or videogames where the thought bubbles were visible above our heads so they could see the more folks have hearts showing than storm clouds. ❤️😁
