Thank you Kris for the fresher on how we ought to be handling our bodies in office or sitting jobs/lives. I know I always feel better the more exercise bike I ride most the time. People can use this to combat the usual soreness if they follow your advice on standing and stretching properly.
A firing brain lesson or two seem to make my body temperature too high and demand an ER visit cause my diabetes, but I am sure most don’t have that to worry about. I am getting it under control soon as I can, but no bike or much exercise now. 😁❤️
