Thank you Kris for the rethinking of the timeless subject of egg preparation! I loved scrambled eggs with gravy as a kid and my granny would make them for me anytime. Then in my teens eggs made me gag and it took me till well in my late 20’s to like them again. Now I eat at least 4 whole eggs a day, 3 in an omelet sandwich and 1 in egg drop soup. Most I eat them now by doctor’s orders but I do also love them. These 10 do highlight some ways of cooking I ought to try one day, but habit makes fools of us all. I doubt I will ever try anything different! 😁❤️
