Thank you Vincent for see saying this! I just often see the way some do “goal setting” as just another reason to feel the anxiety of not being able to meet the goal you set. There are enough reasons in life to feel anxious why make another one? Just have a idea of how you want something to result from your actions. It is the same thing, just it does not feel like I fail at something if I never state it as a goal. Yes, it is just an odd mental tick I have, but that is what I do. 🤷‍♂️ 😁❤️
