Dr. Joe Dispenza’s main concern is with our habits and neurological pathways become cemented in our actions and lives when we can change them if we act now. Most of us have bad habits, Dr. Dispenza says we can make it easier to change them by changing our minds first. I get the initial rejection and thinking this is all crazy, however, I am a case that I made this whole concept work so far.

I recognized that my life was not as I wanted it and I had to change. Then I started choosing to be more optimistic and not so negative and pessimistic all the time. Then,

I started got involved in the 365-accountability challenge and started to try to show that we can be ourselves online and be okay.

I shared that post on my personal Facebook page despite notions I might be criticized for things I said or did in the video.

Then my current wife saw me, thought I was cute and send a friend request.

I honestly was head-over-heels in love the second I saw her and started talking to her.

This will be my marriage’s origin story forever more, in sha Allah. …
