The Diabetic Cyborg Life 05/05: “Are we out of the woods?
Are we in the clear yet?”
Hearing this Tylor Swift song made me think of the never-ending struggle of the continued battle for life as we journey through our lives. We are never in the clear of not fighting or battling for survival to the next struggle to live. All of us experience this clash of life and dreams.
What we do with and during and how we react and continue to ride the often-fraught roller coaster life can and usually is. The story of this life is all of our personal biography.
“You took a Polaroid of us
Then discovered (then discovered)
The rest of the world was black and white
But we were in screaming color
And I remember thinking”
These lines in particular show us that friends, lovers, and those we live life with are our color and make our lives worth living.
As we all face this thrill ride that is life is defined by those, we surround ourselves with.
Just remember this next time friends as lost or family is distant.
