Well, I get nauseous whenever I try yoga. I also have issues with going hypoglycemic if I do too mush physically taxing. That messed up cocktail that my MS and diabetes make mean I have to be very careful with everything I do and anytime I leave the house. I have issues with getting low blood glucose just riding an exercise bike for 30 minutes.
I try to do it all with diet, but 195–200 lbs. seems to be what I am destine to weigh now. That is a good 20 over before I had to quit the gym. I had hypoglycemia issues them too, but I really think my MS has gotten where it affects me more now.
