Wow, Kris, I don’t know where to start to express how this makes me feel and it applies to me. I am so full of anxiety and fear about things and obsessive about my life these days. I just need to relax and follow much of what you say what we “need” to do.
I thank you for putting this all in a single blog to help guide me back to reality. I just need to climb out of my head and start doing and stop worry about what will go wrong next and just hoping I get to the next day. 🙃
